3. Personal data we may collect
- Identification and contact: name, email, telephone/WhatsApp, company, address (when indicated).
- Commercial data: budget requests, project specifications, volumes and technical annexes.
- Navigation data: IP address (where applicable), date/time, pages visited, device and browser.
- Communication data: messages sent via forms, email or WhatsApp.
- Applications: CV (PDF), area of interest and message in “Work with us”.
- Cookies: according to our Cookies Policy.
Important: do not send unnecessary sensitive data through the website forms. Use official channels only for commercial, technical or application information.
4. How we collect data
- Website forms (contact, quote, GDPR rights, applications).
- Interactions via WhatsApp, telephone and institutional email.
- Cookies and technical access records.
- Embedded third-party content (maps, videos) when using these features.
5. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data for the following purposes and bases of the GDPR:
- Response to contacts and quote requests — pre-contractual measures / contract execution (art. 6, no. 1, subparagraph b).
- Commercial communication requested — legitimate interest or consent, as applicable.
- Recruitment processes — consent and/or legitimate interest.
- Exercise of the holder's rights — legal obligation.
- Website security and abuse prevention — legitimate interest.
- Aggregated access statistics — legitimate interest.
- Digital marketing / non-essential cookies — only with your consent.
6. Data sharing
We may share data with:
- Technology providers (hosting, email, communication tools), acting as subcontractors.
- Third-party platforms when interacting with embedded content (Google Maps, YouTube, WhatsApp/Meta).
- Public authorities, when there is a legal obligation or valid order.
We do not sell personal data.
7. International transfers
Some providers (e.g. Google, Meta) may process data outside the EEA. In these cases, we apply appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard clauses and supplier assessment), in line with the GDPR.
8. Conservation
The data is kept for the time necessary for the purposes, legal/accounting deadlines and defense of rights. They are then deleted or anonymized, unless there is a legal obligation to preserve them.
9. Security
We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures: control of access to the panel, CSRF, limitation of attempts, private storage of attachments and good hosting practices. In the event of a relevant incident, we act in accordance with the GDPR.

11. Data subject rights (GDPR)
You can request, regarding your data:
- Access, rectification and deletion;
- Limitation and opposition to treatment;
- Portability, when applicable;
- Withdrawal of consent, when this is the basis;
- Information about recipients and transfers.
